Server Management
Server management: Start, stop, restart, console, files, backups and settings for your game server.
Server Management
The server management page is your central hub for controlling and configuring an individual server. Access it by clicking on any server from the dashboard or server list.
Power Controls
The top of the page shows the server’s current status and power controls:
- Start — Boot the server. Billing begins when the server starts.
- Stop — Gracefully shut down the server. Billing stops once the server is fully stopped.
- Restart — Stop and immediately start the server again. Useful after configuration changes.
- Kill — Force-stop the server if it is not responding to a graceful shutdown. Use this only as a last resort, as it may cause data loss.
Resource Monitoring
Real-time graphs and indicators show your server’s current resource usage:
- CPU — Percentage of allocated CPU being used.
- RAM — Current memory consumption versus your allocated amount.
- Disk — Storage space used and available.
If your server consistently runs near its resource limits, consider upgrading to a larger plan to maintain performance.
Server Settings
Depending on the game, the settings section lets you adjust:
- Server name — Change the display name in the panel.
- Startup parameters — Modify launch flags and variables.
- Game-specific settings — Some games expose key settings directly in the panel without needing to edit files manually.
Tabs
The server management page is organized into tabs:
- Console — Live server output and command input
- Files — Built-in file manager
- Backups — Create and restore backups
- Schedules — Automate tasks
- Settings — Server configuration and startup parameters
Reinstalling
If you want to start fresh, the settings page includes a Reinstall option. This resets the server to its default state. All current files are deleted, so create a backup first if you want to keep anything.
