Transaction History

The transaction history gives you a complete record of all financial activity on your account. Every top-up, server charge, and credit is logged with full details.

Where to Find It

1. Log in to the RespawnHost panel.
2. Navigate to Billing in the sidebar.
3. Select the Transactions tab.

What You Can See

Each transaction entry includes:

• Date and time — When the transaction occurred.
• Type — Whether it was a top-up (credit) or a server charge (debit).
• Amount — The exact amount in EUR, down to the cent.
• Description — What the transaction was for, such as the server name or payment method used.
• Balance after — Your account balance immediately after the transaction.

Transaction Types

• Top-Up — Funds added to your account via PayPal, credit card, or another payment method.
• Server Usage — Charges deducted for game server runtime, calculated per second.
• VPS Billing — Monthly charges for KVM VPS servers.
• Refund — Funds returned to your account, if applicable.

Filtering and Searching

Use the filter options to narrow down your transaction list by date range or transaction type. This is useful if you want to review charges for a specific month or see only top-up payments.

Exporting

If you need your transaction history for accounting or personal records, you can export the list from the billing section. The export includes all the same details shown in the panel.

Questions About a Charge

If you see a transaction you do not recognize or believe is incorrect, contact our support team with the transaction date and amount. We will investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies promptly.
