Transaction History

Under Transactions (panel sidebar) you’ll find a complete record of all bookings on your account — top-ups as well as server charges.

What You Can See

Each transaction entry includes:

• Top-ups — every successful payment with amount and payment method
• Pay-Per-Use charges — per-second deductions for your servers’ runtime
• Fixed-plan payments — the term payment at order time and every 30-day renewal
• Date and time — when the transaction occurred
• Amount — positive (top-up) or negative (charge)

Understanding Server Charges

Costs are listed per server. For Pay-Per-Use you see the billed runtime and hourly rate; for fixed plans, the paid term. This makes it easy to trace which server consumed how much balance.

Filtering

The list can be filtered by status (e.g. only successful or only pending payments).

Invoices

A PDF invoice is generated automatically for every top-up. You’ll find it attached to the respective transaction, ready to download — with all the details you need for your accounting.

Questions About a Charge

If you see a transaction you do not recognize or believe is incorrect, contact our support team with the transaction date and amount. We will investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies promptly.
