Yes. BepInEx is the standard mod loader for Valheim and runs on our servers. Install it through the file manager or via SFTP, then drop mods such as Valheim Plus into the `BepInEx/plugins` folder. Note that every player needs the same client-side mods, otherwise the connection fails.
