Fixed plans: fixed price, fixed term

Alongside Pay-Per-Use, RespawnHost offers fixed plans (labelled “contract server” in the panel): you pay once for a fixed term and your server runs 24/7 for that period — no matter how many hours you play. For servers that run around the clock, a fixed plan is the cheaper choice.

Which terms are available?

The amount is paid upfront from your account balance when ordering — top up beforehand via Top Up Balance.

How does renewal work?

After the initial term, the server renews automatically in 30-day increments at the package’s regular monthly price, each time paid from your balance. So no charge catches you off guard, we email you a reminder 7 days and 3 days before expiry with the date and the amount due.

Is this a contract with payment obligations?

No. Fixed plans are 100% prepaid: you pay the term once in advance from your balance — there is no subscription contract, no payment obligation and no debt collection. If your balance does not cover the renewal, nothing renews and the server simply expires. You can cancel anytime; the server then stays online until the end of the paid term.

How do I cancel a fixed plan?

You can disable automatic renewal in the panel at any time. The server keeps running normally until the end of the paid term and simply won’t renew afterwards — no further costs.

What if my balance doesn’t cover the renewal?

If your balance is insufficient on the renewal date, the server is suspended — not deleted. Your data is preserved, and your balance never goes negative. Once you top up, the server can be reactivated.

FAQ

Do fixed plans charge my card automatically? No. All payments come from your prepaid balance. There is no direct debit and no automatic card charge.

Can I end a fixed plan early? You can switch off renewal anytime — the server runs until the end of the paid term. A pro-rata refund of the remaining term is not provided.

Does the term discount apply to renewals? Renewals are billed in 30-day increments at the monthly price. You get the term discount by booking a longer term (90 or 180 days) directly.
