Top Up Balance

Adding Funds to Your Account

Before you can create and run servers, you need a positive account balance. Topping up is quick and your funds are available instantly.

How to Top Up

1. Log in to the RespawnHost panel.
2. Navigate to Billing in the sidebar.
3. Click Top Up or Add Funds.
4. Enter the amount you want to add (minimum 5 EUR).
5. Select your preferred payment method.
6. Complete the payment. Your balance is updated immediately.

Payment Methods

RespawnHost supports several payment methods:

• PayPal — Pay with your PayPal balance or linked bank account.
• Credit and Debit Cards — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
• Apple Pay — Available on supported devices and browsers.
• Google Pay — Available on supported devices and browsers.

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details.

Minimum and Maximum Amounts

• Minimum top-up: 5 EUR
• There is no maximum limit. Add as much as you need.

Balance Expiry

Your balance does not expire. Funds remain in your account until you use them, regardless of how long that takes. There are no maintenance fees or inactivity charges on your balance.

Automatic Top-Up

Currently, automatic recurring top-ups are not available. You need to manually add funds when your balance is low. Enable balance notifications in your account settings to receive an alert when your balance drops below a threshold you define.

Refunds

Unused balance can be refunded upon request by contacting support. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Refer to the terms of service for details on the refund policy.
