Adding Funds to Your Account

RespawnHost uses a prepaid model: you top up your account balance, which then pays for both fixed plans (term payment at order and renewal) and Pay-Per-Use servers (per-second deduction). There is no automatic charge to your card or bank account — your balance can never go negative.

How to Top Up

  1. In the panel, click your balance in the top right, then + Top up balance
  2. Pick an amount (5, 10, 25, 50, 100 € presets or any amount between 5 and 250 €)
  3. Choose card/online payment or SEPA instant bank transfer
  4. Complete the payment — your balance is credited immediately

Payment Methods

The top-up dialog offers two routes:

Online payment (processed by our payment provider Stripe):

  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and more)
  • Amazon Pay
  • Revolut Pay
  • Przelewy24
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay — on supported devices and browsers
  • Depending on your country, additional local methods are shown (e.g. iDEAL, Bancontact, BLIK, EPS)

SEPA instant bank transfer (recommended): you get the recipient, IBAN, payment reference and a scannable QR code for your banking app. Your balance is credited automatically once the transfer arrives — usually within minutes with an instant transfer.

All online payments are processed securely by the payment provider. RespawnHost does not store any payment details.

Minimum and Maximum Amounts

  • Minimum top-up: 5.00 EUR
  • Maximum top-up: 250.00 EUR per transaction (multiple top-ups are possible)
  • No expiry: your balance never expires

Bonus Promotions and Creator Codes

From time to time there are bonus promotions and creator codes that add extra percent to your top-up.

What Happens When Your Balance Runs Out?

  • Pay-Per-Use servers are stopped automatically; after topping up you can start them again right away.
  • Fixed plans keep running until the end of the paid term. If your balance doesn’t cover the renewal, the server is suspended — see Fixed Plans & Terms for details.

In both cases your server data is preserved and no debt is ever accrued.

Refunds

Unused balance can be refunded upon request by contacting support. Refer to the terms of service for details on the refund policy.
