Urutox shows his hourly earnings on stream while he plays Craft Attack 14. At noon on Monday, 19 October, the counter read €11.66, German site Mein-MMO reported. That is below Germany’s minimum wage of €13.90 and well short of the €16.52 he earns per hour in his regular job.

The overlay sits at the top of the screen. A bar fills up with every bit of income, and once it is full he has matched his usual hourly rate. An arrow marks the minimum wage. Mein-MMO does not say which income sources count. According to the article, around 100 people watch him on average.

He is putting in the hours. From 10 to 18 October Urutox streamed 15.5 hours a day on average, Mein-MMO writes. The official stats back that up: with 140 hours on the server he leads the playtime board, ahead of justNoah on 138 and Felikah on 137.

Things were less calm for HandOfBlood. After a day off he only wanted to finish his wool farm, Mein-MMO wrote on 15 October. Then Alphastein turned up with music and a sword. Niek had apparently complained that HandOfBlood was acting like the boss. HandOfBlood pointed out that GTimeTV hands out the tasks these days. Alphastein then showed him a duper that drops TNT from the sky. It did no real damage.

Day 10 in numbers

We compared the official stats from Thursday lunchtime (15 October, 10:25 UTC) with Monday’s (13:07 UTC). 102 players have now logged in, four more than on Thursday. Deaths rose from 485 to 677, and combined playtime from about 3,450 to roughly 5,530 hours.

Zarbex made the biggest jump. On Thursday he had 1,095 diamonds, now he has 10,303. That is five times as many as Repaz in second place with 2,060. justNoah took the lead on deaths with 68, passing Schradin on 55. Ryole leads blocks broken with 208,731, just ahead of Veni on 204,221. Nooreax still tops mobs killed with 12,241 and distance with about 2,715 kilometres. Gambo and Letshugo have each used 33 totems.

On Monday afternoon 18 streams were live with around 39,500 viewers combined, led by CastCrafter with just over 9,100 and Nooreax with almost 8,300. You can see who is live right now on our Craft Attack 14 participants page.

A project in the style of Craft Attack works without 100 streamers. A whitelist, a shared spawn and a few rules are enough, and the guide is at Create a Craft Attack server.
